Shipping of displays and materials



Due to our new location at the Monroeville Convention Center (MCC), the details of shipping your displays have changed from years past.  The MCC charges a fee for all shipments that they receive and they will only receive shipments up to 3 days prior to the job fair. 

If you would like to ship your materials and displays ahead of time, you will need to fill out a form and make arrangements with the MCC ahead of time.  They strongly encourage all employers to make arrangements prior to the job fair so that your materials arrive, are stored properly and are handled with the utmost care so that your recruiting day runs smoothly.  In order to do this, you should complete their form, provide the MCC with a credit card number and then your payment will be processed once your shipment arrives.  They are charging $24.99/day for large shipments and $15.99/day for shipments less than five lbs.  To receive the shipping form, please contact Colleen Murphy at westpacs@westpacs.org and I will email this form to you.
