A WestPACS Job Fair...
offers employers with entry-level, internship and co-op positions an opportunity to meet in one central location with alumni, graduating students and underclassmen from 50 colleges and universities in Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio. Candidates must be current students or graduates of a college or university granting associates, bachelors and/or graduate degrees. Employers will be able to speak with candidates, distribute recruitment literature, and conduct brief interviews.

NEW THIS SPRING: Add "Interview Space" to any registration package for just $100!
Semi-private interview space will be provided to conduct same-day interviews.
One table and two chairs included. Electric not included, but can be purchased for $45.

Early Bird Standard Registration: $550 ($600 after 5pm on January 31st)
Non-Profit and Government Registration: $410
Share-a-Booth: $300 
Extra Representative (two are included with standard/non-profit registration packages):  $35

Mobile App Sponsorship - The fair's directory will be completely mobile so don't miss the chance to highlight your organization.

Includes one 8' x 8' booth with a table, two chairs, pipes, and drapes. You will receive two tickets to the employer luncheon and an organization profile in the mobile career fair directory app.  If you bring additional recruiters or need additional lunch tickets, there is a fee of $35 each.
This option is only for organizations with 50 or fewer employees OR non-profit and government agencies. Registration fees includes:

  • half of one full booth (full booth size is 8'x8') 
  • half of one table (actual table size is 6 feet)
  • pipes, drapes, and one chair
  • one ticket to the employer luncheon (a maximum of two additional recruiter tickets can be purchased for $35 each)
  • an organization profile in the online and mobile employer directory app

In selecting the Share-A-Booth option, you acknowledge that the space will be shared with another organization in order to make the fair more affordable to smaller organizations. 

 IMPORTANT NOTE: Each Share-A-Booth organization is only permitted to bring a total of three recruiters out of respect for the organization who will also be at your booth. One recruiter is included in the package, but two additional recruiter tickets can be purchased for $35 each. If you need to bring beyond three recruiters, please select a different registration package that will better suit your recruiting needs.

As part of the registration fee, an organization profile is included for all organizations in the mobile career fair directory app. This directory is made available through any Apple or Android device one month prior to the fair. In addition, employers may choose to purchase additional advertisements which will be incorporated in the mobile directory.

Individual Push Notification: $500 (limited to 3 employers per fair)
Push notification sent via our mobile career fair directory app which all candidates will be using to access employer information. The push notification will announce your attendance at the fair, your booth location, and provide a link to your organization's website. Notification will be sent Monday or Tuesday prior to the career fair.

Customized Banner Ad in Directory App: $300
Want to increase quality traffic during the career fair and get the best candidates? Banner Ads are the best way to get candidates’ attention prior to the fair. On average 75% of candidates attending the fair use the app to research employers and prepare. Help candidates discover why you are the right employer by getting them to read your profile and learn something about you prior to the fair.

Featured Employer in Mobile Career Fair Directory App: $200

Think of this option as what would be equivalent to a full-page ad in your traditional print directory, but instead it is in a mobile app platform. If you select to be a "featured employer" your organization will be one of a select few employers who are featured at the top of the alphabetical list of attending organizations. Your organization's profile will be brought to the top of the list and candidates can click on your organization's name to conveniently view your company's information. You will share this space on a scrolling basis with the handful of other employers who also select this advertising option.



Organization General Announcement: $150
Think of this as a half-page or quarter-page ad in your traditional print directory, but instead it is in a mobile app platform with text only. Your organization may purchase a general announcement which will be featured in the mobile career fair directory apps announcements tab. The Job & Internship Fair Coordinator will be in touch with you regarding the specification for your announcements. All announcements must be purchased and finalized by Friday, February 28.
